A booking a deposit of R500 must be paid when reserving a booking, please include your initials and destination as a reference.
A proof of payment, destination details and required documents must be sent to
bookings@luxurytravellife.co.za to finalize your travel arrangements.
Valid Passport and copy of ID (with at least 6 months of validity beyond travel dates)
Visa(s) for the destination country (if applicable)
Travel Insurance Policy (including international medical coverage)
COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (if required by the destination)
Emergency Contact Information
Any Special Requests or Medical Notes (dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, etc.)
Signed Travel Agreement (Luxury Travel Life terms and conditions)
